Khandi is situated to the North of Pune, which is 35 kms from Kanhe phata. This place is a peaceful and greenery area. The scenery of the mountains is so charming with its dense forest.

Leave aside the lonavlas and khandalas. This place is quite and is not crowded at all. Surprisingly, roads are in good condition in this remote place. However, there is no foodie place after you enter kanhe phata.
Nice place for one-day trip into the falls.

This quiet little place is completely cut-off from human blare.
Tips:
- Carry your own food. If possible you may cook your food in the cave like structure behind the water fall (Its awesome). There are 3-4 water falls from kanhe phata to khandi.
- Relax beside the lake at Thokarwadi dam.

i wanted to know are there any buses going to khandi ..or any transport going near by this place .
